Application of wireless temperature measurement products in a power distribution project in Malaysia

摘要：配電系統(tǒng)是由多種配電設(shè)備和配電設(shè)施所組成的變換電壓和直接向終端用戶分配電能的一個(gè)電力網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)。由于配電系統(tǒng)作為電力系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)直接面向終端用戶，它的完善與否直接關(guān)系著廣大用戶的用電可靠性和用電質(zhì)量，因而在電力系統(tǒng)中具有重要的地位。因此，為避免因溫度高，導(dǎo)致設(shè)備老化，設(shè)備燒壞，供電中斷，一次設(shè)備起火爆炸等嚴(yán)重事故，對(duì)各電氣節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行長(zhǎng)期的溫度監(jiān)測(cè)能避免因嚴(yán)重故障，造成用戶的人身傷害及經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。

Abstract: The power distribution system is a power network system that is composed of a variety of power distribution equipment and power distribution facilities to transform voltage and directly distribute electrical energy to end users. As a part of the power system, the power distribution system directly faces end users, and its perfection directly affects the reliability and quality of power consumption of the majority of users, so it has an important position in the power system. Therefore, in order to avoid serious accidents such as equipment aging, equipment burnout, power supply interruption, fire and explosion of equipment due to high temperature, long-term temperature monitoring of each electrical node can avoid serious failures that may cause personal injury and economic loss to users.

1.項(xiàng)目概述 Project Overview

本項(xiàng)目為馬來西亞某配電室的應(yīng)用，應(yīng)用在33kV的配電盤中，需要配置無線測(cè)溫產(chǎn)品，實(shí)現(xiàn)安全溫度監(jiān)測(cè)。銅排尺寸為10mm×130mm，選擇我司ATE400型CT感應(yīng)取電式傳感器，并且采用ATC450收發(fā)器來連接顯示裝置。通過RS485通訊數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)娇蛻羝脚_(tái)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控，可合理防止過熱故障，影響設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行，避免安全隱患。出于安全和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益考慮，建議在配電室各電氣節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行溫度實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)。

This project is an application in a distribution room in Malaysia. It is used in a 33kV switchboard and needs to be equipped with wireless temperature measurement products to achieve safe temperature monitoring. The size of the copper bar is 10mm×130mm. Choose our ATE400 CT powered temperature sensor, and use ATC450 transceiver to connect to the display device. The RS485 communication data is transmitted to the customer platform for real-time monitoring, which can effectively prevent overheating failures, affecting the normal operation of the equipment, and avoiding potential safety hazards. For the sake of safety and economic benefits, it is recommended to conduct real-time temperature monitoring at each electrical node in the power distribution room.
